BlackCandyCo will typically ship your order within 1-5 business days upon purchase. 

Shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic depending on your location. 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through USPS. Domestic shipping is 2-7 business days. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Once your order has shipped, it is no longer in our control. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. However, if you have questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us here.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Currently, BlackCandyCo does process returns. NO EXCHANGES. Please see FAQ's for more on our return policy. Cancellations must be made 48 hours after purchase, unless your order has already shipped.
