What products do you offer?

BlackCandyCO specializes in stickers, art prints, and bookmarks, art prints and orginal artwork.

Do you accept returns?

BlackCandyCo accepts returns on art prints, bookmarks and stickers. Totes will accept returns if they've been unworn and/or tags are still intact. 

What is your return policy?

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS the item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@blackcandyco.com with your order number and reason for return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@blackcandyco.com within 10 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the USA, but plan to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped out within 3 business days of ordering.

Shipping times vary as follows:

• Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

How are items packaged and shipped?

• ALL products are packaged and shipped at an in-home studio. Everything at BlackCandyCo is either handmade or outsourced from a vendor. 

Can I request a custom piece?

Currently, we do not offer custom artwork. However, keep an eye out for updates—we may explore this in the future!
